Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
- Refunds for Ko-fi subscriptions are available within 7 days of the original charge
- After 7 days, we cannot guarantee a refund, but you may still contact us and we will do our best to assist you
- Refunds will not be granted for partial months or unused time if the service has been functioning properly
- If you believe a charge was made in error or you experienced a service issue, please reach out as soon as possible
How to Request a Refund
- Open a ticket in our Discord server here
- Provide the email address used for the Ko-fi purchase so we can verify your payment
- Include the reason for your refund request for faster processing
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through Ko-fi:
- Visit Ko-fi Account Settings
- Scroll down to the "Subscriptions" section
- Click the three dots next to the subscription
- Select "Don't Renew"
Canceling stops future charges. You'll still have access until the end of your current billing period.
Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of the system. Abuse includes but is not limited to:
- Repeated subscriptions and refund requests
- Subscribing, using the service heavily, and immediately requesting a refund
- False claims about service issues or non-delivery
- Filing chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first
We may limit or block future access to the service if abuse is detected.
Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Significant changes will be posted here or communicated in our Discord server.
